Seedling to Soul

This exhibition is a nod to the transformative power of art and family. It’s a love letter to our medium wood and a whispered lullaby to the new little soul that recently joined our family. Berlin artist Sarai started her wood art journey in 2020 when she founded the Studio Sarai brand. Her husband Paul, joined the business shortly after and together they design and create their iconic geometric wood mosaics from their Freo studio.

Each artwork is carefully handcrafted with a focus on using locally sourced materials, including recycled and salvaged timber. The intricate patterns and puzzles evolve during the building process making every design a unique piece of art.
